This article explains how admins can create and publish posts in cirQQle Manager. It covers where to create posts, how to add media and captions, how to use AI Assist, and how to publish or schedule content.
Step 1: Log in to cirQQle Manager
Go to manage.cirqqles.com and sign in using your admin credentials. Only admins can create and publish posts.
Step 2: Open the Create Tab
From the left-hand menu, select the Create tab. This is where all content—posts, events, promotions, and announcements—is created.

Step 3: Choose Post
Click on Post to start creating a new post. This opens the post editor.

Step 4: Write or Generate Your Caption
Enter your caption manually or use AI Assist to generate on-brand copy based on your AI Library. You can edit, refine, or regenerate the content to match your tone and goals.

Step 5: Add Media
Upload an image or select one from your Media Library. Using well-organized folders helps keep content consistent and easy to reuse.

Step 6: Select Visibility and Publishing Options
Choose where the post will appear—within your cirQQle and on connected social media channels if integrations are enabled.

Step 7: Publish or Schedule
Publish the post immediately or schedule it for a later date and time. Scheduled posts help maintain consistent engagement without manual effort.

Step 8: Review and Manage Your Post
After publishing, you can monitor engagement, respond to comments or messages, and make edits if needed.
