What Does This Article Cover?
Step 1: Log in to cirQQle Manager
Go to manage.cirqqles.com and sign in using your admin credentials. Only admins can create and manage promotions.
Step 2: Open the Create Tab
From the left-hand menu, select the Create tab. This is where posts, events, promotions, and announcements are created.
Click on Promotion to open the promotion creation form.

Step 3: Add Promotion Details
Enter the promotion title and offer details, such as discounts, special deals, or limited-time offers. Clear messaging helps members quickly understand the value.

Use AI Assist to generate engaging, on-brand promotional copy. You can edit or refine the messaging before publishing.

Choose an image from your Media Library or upload a new one. Strong visuals increase visibility and engagement.

Step 4: Set Start and End Dates
Define when the promotion should begin and end. This ensures the offer runs for the correct timeframe and expires automatically.

Step 5: Choose Publishing Options
Decide whether to publish the promotion immediately or schedule it for a later date. If social media integrations are enabled, the promotion can be shared across connected platforms.

Step 6: Feature the Promotion (Optional)
Mark the promotion as a Featured Deal to give it higher visibility within your cirQQle.

Step 7: Enable Socila Media Sharing Option
Click on the button next to the socail media sharing option to share the promotion post on linked social media i.e Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Yotube, and Tiktok.

Step 8: Publish and Monitor Performance
Once published, track engagement and results through Analytics to understand how the promotion is performing.
