All cirQQle Manager admins
Only admins can access cirQQle Manager, so promoting the right team members is an important part of managing your cirQQle. Follow the steps below to invite a user and promote them to admin.
Step 1: Invite the User to Your cirQQle
Log in to cirQQle Manager and go to Manage → cirQQle Details. Open the Share tab and copy your cirQQle invite link. Send this link to the person you want to add and ask them to register using their preferred email address and password.

Step 2: Have the User Join the cirQQle
The invited user must complete registration and successfully join your cirQQle using the shared link. They will initially join as a regular member.
Step 3: Locate the Member in cirQQle Manager
Once the user has joined, return to cirQQle Manager and navigate to the Manage section where member management is available. Search for the user by name or email to locate their profile.
Step 4: Promote the User to Admin
Select the user’s profile and change their role from Member to Admin. Save the changes to apply the new permissions.
Step 5: Confirm Admin Access
After promotion, the user will be able to log in to cirQQle Manager using the same email they registered with and access admin-only tools such as the Dashboard, AI Library, Q-Pilot, cirQulate, and Analytics.
