What does this article cover?
This article explains how admins can manage their cirQQle’s core details and member activity using cirQQle Manager. It covers updating business information, controlling visibility settings, using custom fields, approving and managing members, assigning admin roles, and organizing notifications to keep teams aligned.
Who needs to read it?
All cirQQle Manager admins.
Step 1: Log in to cirQQle Manager
Go to manage.cirqqles.com and sign in using your admin credentials. Only admins have access to cirQQle management tools.
Step 2: Access cirQQle Details
From the left menu, navigate to Manage → cirQQle Details. This section controls how your cirQQle appears across the app and what information members see.
Step 3: Update Core cirQQle Information
Edit your cirQQle name, description, cover photo, logo, location, and contact details. Keeping this information accurate helps members recognize your brand and improves discovery within the cirQQle platform.
Step 4: Manage Visibility and Settings
Review your visibility settings to control who can find and join your cirQQle. You can adjust approval requirements, privacy options, and other settings based on how open or exclusive you want your community to be.
Step 5: Use Custom Fields for Better Organization
Open the Custom Fields tab to create up to ten additional fields. These can be used to track information such as loyalty tier, member source, visit history, or internal notes—helping you segment members and personalize engagement.
Step 6: View and Manage Members
Navigate to the Members section under the Manage tab. Here, you can search for members, review pending join requests, and view individual member profiles.
Step 7: Approve, Remove, or Promote Members
Approve new members, remove inactive or inappropriate users, or promote trusted members to Admin status. Role changes take effect immediately and determine what tools each user can access.
Step 8: Review Changes Regularly
Make it a habit to review cirQQle details and member activity periodically. Regular updates ensure your community remains current, professional, and aligned with your business goals.
