In cirQQles, Messages and Notifications work together to keep customer communication clear, timely, and easy to manage. With the right setup, admins can quickly respond to member messages while ensuring the appropriate team members are alerted as soon as customer outreach occurs.
Customer Messages is where conversations live. This tab shows all inbound messages sent by cirQQle members to the business. It’s used for reading, managing, and responding to customer inquiries and engagement directly within cirQQle Manager.
Notifications controls who gets alerted when a customer sends a message. This includes internal notifications and SMS messages sent to selected staff members so nothing is missed, even when admins aren’t actively logged in.
Together, these tools ensure customer communication is both visible and actionable—messages stay organized, and the right people are notified immediately.
How to Use Customer Messages (Step-by-Step)

Open cirQQle Manager
Go to manage.cirQQles.com and sign in. -
Select “Customer Messages”
Click the Customer Messages tab from the left-hand menu.

View Inbound Messages
This area displays all messages sent by cirQQle members to your business. -
Open and Respond
Click into a message to read the conversation and reply directly.

How to Use Notifications for Customer Messages (Step-by-Step)

Open cirQQle Manager
Sign in at manage.cirQQles.com. - Go to the Notifications Tab
Select Notifications from the left-hand menu.

- Locate “Customer and SMS Messages”
This section controls alerts triggered when a customer sends a message to the cirQQle.

- Choose Notification Recipients
Select which admins or staff members should receive notifications. - Enable SMS Notifications (Optional)
Turn on SMS alerts so selected users are notified instantly when a customer messages the cirQQle. -
Save Changes
Confirm your selections to ensure message notifications are active.
