How do I use cirQQle's AI tool called Q-Pilot?

You can use cirQQle’s Q-Pilot by selecting Q-Pilot directly from the top of the left-hand menu in cirQQle Manager (manage.cirQQles.com). Inside Q-Pilot, you’ll find automated customer outreach tools that send timely, personalized messages based on real customer behavior—such as recent visits, inactivity, milestones, or reward activity. You can choose from prebuilt pilots, customize the messaging, adjust the timing, and activate the automations that fit your goals. Once enabled, Q-Pilot works in the background to keep customers engaged and returning without requiring ongoing manual effort.
