This article explains how admins can access and use Q-Pilot inside cirQQle Manager to automate customer outreach. It covers where to find Q-Pilot, how automated pilots work, and how to customize and activate them to keep customers engaged.
Step 1: Log in to cirQQle Manager
Visit manage.cirqqles.com and sign in using your admin credentials. Only admins can access Q-Pilot and automation tools.
Step 2: Open Q-Pilot
From the top of the left-hand menu, select Q-Pilot. This opens your AI-powered marketing and engagement workspace.
Step 3: Understand the Three Q-Pilot Agents
Q-Pilot is powered by three specialized AI agents that work together:

Agent 1: The Creator builds on-brand posts, promotions, and event content using your AI Library and publishes them to your cirQQle and connected social media channels—eliminating the blank-page problem.

Agent 2: The Analyzer tracks how content performs across channels and categorizes results as High, Medium, or Low impact, clearly showing what’s working and what needs improvement.

Agent 3: The Optimizer uses those insights to create improved content—stronger CTAs, more engaging offers, and optimized event or promotion messaging—and republishes it across cirQQles and social platforms.

Step 4: Review Available Pilots
Inside Q-Pilot, you’ll find prebuilt automated pilots triggered by real customer behavior, such as recent visits, inactivity, milestones, or reward activity.
Step 6: Activate the Pilot
Enable the pilot once setup is complete. Q-Pilot will automatically send personalized messages when customers meet the trigger conditions.
Step 7: Monitor and Optimize
Q-Pilot runs in the background with minimal manual effort. You can return anytime to review performance, make adjustments, or enable additional pilots as your strategy evolves.
By using Q-Pilot and its three AI agents, cirQQle Manager becomes a powerful, automated engagement engine—helping you create smarter content, improve performance, and keep customers coming back consistently.
