Step 1: Log in to cirQQle Manager

From the left menu, click on the Analyze tab and select Analytics. This section displays insights related to how members are interacting with your cirQQle.

Step 3: Review Customer Activity and Engagement
Within Analytics, you’ll see a breakdown of customer visits, engagement trends, and overall activity. These insights help you understand how often members are interacting with your content and promotions.
Step 4: Identify Top-Performing Promotions
View which promotions are generating the most engagement and redemptions. This allows you to identify successful offers and refine future campaigns.
Step 6: Filter by Date Range
Use date filters to view analytics over specific time periods. This makes it easy to track growth, spot patterns, and compare performance across weeks or months.
Step 7: Use Insights to Improve Engagement
Apply what you learn from Analytics to adjust posting frequency, improve promotions, and optimize your overall engagement strategy.
By regularly reviewing your cirQQle’s analytics, you stay informed about what’s working, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions that strengthen customer relationships and long-term engagement.
