This article explains how admins can create and publish events in cirQQle Manager. It covers where to create events, how to add event details, how to use AI Assist, and how to publish or schedule events.

Step 1: Log in to cirQQle Manager

Go to manage.cirqqles.com and sign in using your admin credentials. Only admins can create and manage events.

Step 2: Open the Create Tab

From the left-hand menu, select the Create tab. This is where all content—posts, events, promotions, and announcements—is created.

Step 3: Select Event

Click on Event to open the event creation form.

Step 4: Add Event Details

Enter the event title, description, date, and time. Include important information such as location, pricing, registration instructions, or special notes so members know exactly what to expect.

Step 6: Choose Publishing Options

Decide whether to publish the event immediately or schedule it for a future date. If social media integrations are enabled, the event can also be shared across connected platforms.

Step 7: Publish and Manage the Event

Once published, you can monitor engagement, make updates if details change, or promote the event further using posts or promotions.
