Accessing the SMS Template Builder
To create an SMS template:

Log in to cirQQle Manager at
manage.cirqqles.com -
Open cirQulate from the left navigation menu.

Click Templates from the left navigation menu

Choose SMS Template

- Select Create SMS Template

This opens the SMS drag-and-drop editor.
