The Calendar in cirQulate provides a visual overview of your scheduled campaigns, recurring messages, and important communication activity. It helps you plan, manage, and review your email and SMS campaigns in one place, ensuring nothing is missed or duplicated.

This article explains how to access the Calendar, understand what appears on it, and use it to manage your campaigns effectively.


What Is the cirQulate Calendar?

The Calendar displays:

  • Scheduled email campaigns

  • Scheduled SMS campaigns

  • Recurring campaign instances

  • Campaign send dates and times

It acts as a planning and tracking tool that helps you visualize your communication schedule.


Accessing the Calendar

To open the Calendar:

  1. Log in to cirQQle Manager at manage.cirqqles.com

  2. Open cirQulate from the left navigation menu

  3. Click Calendar

The Calendar opens in a monthly view by default.


Understanding the Calendar View

Calendar Layout

  • Monthly View shows all campaigns scheduled for the month

  • Each scheduled campaign appears as a calendar entry

  • Email and SMS campaigns are visually distinct by labels or icons

Campaign Details at a Glance

Calendar entries typically display:

  • Campaign name

  • Campaign type

  • Send time

Clicking on an entry opens additional campaign details.


Viewing Campaign Details

When you click a campaign on the Calendar, you can:

  • View the campaign name and type

  • See whether it is Email or SMS

  • Confirm the scheduled send date and time

  • Access the campaign for review or editing

This allows quick validation before a campaign goes out.


Managing Scheduled Campaigns

From the Calendar, you can manage upcoming campaigns:

Edit a Campaign

  • Click the campaign entry

  • Open the campaign

  • Make updates to content, recipients, or schedule

  • Save changes before the scheduled send time

Reschedule a Campaign

  • Open the campaign

  • Adjust the scheduled date or time

  • Save your changes

Cancel or Pause

  • Cancel one-time scheduled campaigns

  • Pause recurring campaigns if needed


Viewing Recurring Campaigns

Recurring campaigns appear on the Calendar according to their schedule.

  • Each occurrence is visible on the appropriate date

  • Editing the recurring campaign updates future sends

  • Past occurrences remain visible for reference

This makes it easy to monitor long-term campaigns.


Using the Calendar for Planning

The Calendar is ideal for:

  • Avoiding message overlap

  • Balancing email and SMS frequency

  • Coordinating promotions and announcements

  • Reviewing communication history

By checking the Calendar regularly, you can ensure consistent and well-timed messaging.
