Populating your AI Library is a very important part of setting up your cirQQle. Take your time and review each item carefully.
All Q-Pilot generated content heavily relies on your AI Library. If things change, always remember to go back and review your AI Library contents.
Tip: Start with Business Foundation items like Website URL and Business Description, then add information from other categories based on your cirQQle's needs. The more complete your AI Library, the better your AI recommendations will be.
Click on AI Library on your menu bar:
Populating your AI Library
There are five main areas:
- Business Foundation
- Competitive Intelligence
- Marketing Materials
- Customer Information
- Operational Details
Click on Populate my AI Library to start the AI Library Wizard.
Confirm that your business name and website are accurate and then click on Generate Content.
Once the wizard is done searching the internet (including your company website), you will see all 21 items populated.
For each item, review the information for accurary and completeness.
- Review information and make any updates necessary
- Mark items inactive if they don't apply
- Upload a file if needed (a marketing brochure, for example)
- Decide the priority for each item.
IMPORTANT: Pay close attention to [Placeholder] items. This is where the automated wizard could not locate precise information and needs your help in completing the item.
Make changes necessary, attach a file if needed, select the priority of each item and click Save.
Repeat for all 21 items.
Click Close.

Set your preferences for content generation:
Note: You will be able to modify these settings when creating a new Q-Pilot campaign, if needed.
