Lead Management helps your generate qualified leads from your engagement (on cirQQles and on social media).

Click Manage > Lead Management

Capturing Leads

You can configure Lead Management to handle each type of content differently, if you need to.

Your choices and what they mean:

Setting	What it Means	Behaviour
None	Turns off lead generation for your content.	Users interacting with your content are not captured and no leads are generated.
Collect Lead Information	You can specifiy what fields to capture when a lead is captured, including any custom fields you have created. You can specify required fields, if needed.	Users interacting with your content are presented with a form to fill out. All collected leads are added to the New Leads section on the menu. Users fill out the form first and are then redirected to the content that orginated the traffic (post, announcement, etc.)
Send to Website	Traffic is redirected to the website listed in your cirQQle details.	Social media traffic is redirected to your website. cirQQles users are presented with a Learn More button that directs them to your website.
Send to Specific URL	You can specify a URL of your choice. This can be a landing page, another website or any valid URL.	Users are presented with the content that originated the traffic and then redirected to the URL you specified. NOTE: Not all traffic analytics are captured if you specifiy an external URLs

Managing Leads

All new leads are added to the New Leads section.
